Biography:
I entered the fitness industry as a personal trainer, after my own 100lb weight loss journey in 2000. Sidelined after 2 major heart surgeries in 2009, I used my knowledge of health and fitness to make a full recovery, and return to helping clients of all ages and abilities achieve their own health and fitness goals. My goal is to enhance the well-being of my clients, by empowering them with the knowledge, skills, and support needed as they journey toward a healthier and happier life.
